3. How We Share and Disclose Information

Parkway Production Inc. does not sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through PackOps.ca.

3.2 Processing Locations

Depending on the services used, personal information may be stored or processed outside the individual’s province or country of residence.

Where applicable, we assess service-provider arrangements and take reasonable measures to protect personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

To protect personal information, we may request reasonable identity verification before responding to requests that involve access, correction, or disclosure of personal information.

We will avoid requesting more verification information than reasonably necessary.

Requests and complaints will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Individuals may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable privacy regulator where appropriate.

7. Marketing Communications

Submitting a contact inquiry or applying to the Founding Groomers Program does not automatically subscribe an individual to unrelated marketing communications.
